Excellent site! I was a teenager in the mid 1980s and devices like the Sharp Pocket PCs got me hooked to computers, programming and computer science. Functionally they might be totally obsolete today but they have a timeless beauty, design-wise (up to the PC 1600, I'm not quite sure what happened to Sharp's design department afterwards... I mean like the E500...seriously???). I'd like to interface them with Raspberry PIs etc.

Wonderful website, thank you. My business was created 32 years ago because of the PC-1500 and I have fond memories of visits to Sharp in Japan and developing software and hardware for many of Sharp's pocket computers. The pocket computers were a huge influence to many people...please keep up the good work!

Peter

Very good site. I just picked up a working 1500A with a broken plotter (I will be fixing that). I used to program on this many many years ago. I would like to make some hardware for this (I design Avionics).
